When you request a quote, book a move or contact us, we may collect your name, contact details (WhatsApp, phone, email), MAHE roll number (optional), pickup and destination addresses, and details of your move (service type, weight, dates, receiver details, insurance choice).

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to prepare quotations, arrange and carry out your move, communicate with you about it, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

How it’s processed

Quote and booking submissions are sent to our team by email or WhatsApp so we can respond. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms. We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary to complete your move (for example, delivery details with our transport partners). We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
