Our team packs using the thickest, triple-layered boxes with cushioning at the base. Every item is numbered and colour-coded against a packing inventory.

Export documentation & customs
We prepare the export paperwork and handle customs formalities on the India side, so your consignment leaves cleanly and legally.

Freight to Malaysia
Your consignment travels by sea or air freight from India to Malaysia, with customs clearance handled on arrival.

Packing do’s and don’ts
Do
- Choose the items you pack carefully.
- Distribute weight evenly across each box.
- Put heavy items (books) at the bottom, lighter items (clothes, shoes) on top.
- Bubble-wrap electronics and fragile items.
- Seal every box with strong tape.
Don’t
- Don’t overpack a box.
- Don’t leave empty space inside a box.
- Don’t exceed 15 kg per box.
