Where do you ship?+
One corridor, both ways: Malaysia to India (our main service) and India to Malaysia. We pick up from hostels and homes in Melaka, Muar and Kuala Lumpur/Selangor (other areas on request) and deliver to any pincode in India. We don’t do domestic moves or other countries.
How much does it cost from Malaysia to India?+
RM 24 per kg, RM 20 pickup per box, plus 6% SST — for example 60 kg in 3 boxes is RM 1,590 all-in. You pay for the weight on our scale at pickup. Use the rate calculator for an instant price.
How do I book?+
Book online in about 2 minutes (you’ll get a booking ID to track with), or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm your pickup slot on WhatsApp.
Do you handle customs and paperwork?+
Yes. We handle the export side in Malaysia and our customs broker clears your shipment in India. Used personal effects are generally duty-free; if anything in your boxes would attract duty, we tell you before it ships.
How long does it take?+
It depends on the freight option and customs clearance. We share an estimated timeline when we confirm your booking, and you can follow every step on the tracking page. Delays beyond our control (weather, port or customs) can apply.
How can I track my boxes?+
Every booking gets an ID starting with GMB-. Enter it with the last four digits of your WhatsApp number on the Track page to see live status — or just ask us on WhatsApp.
